Congressman Atty. Walfredo R. Dimaguila Jr.

Commenced a stint as a Representative in the 20th Congress in June 2025, leading the charge to address the perennial flooding of Laguna Lake that affects Laguna lakeshore communities. Representative Atty. Walfredo “Arman” R. Dimaguila Jr. of the Lone District of Biñan proposes dredging of Laguna Lake as a solution to alleviate the long-standing strain on the residents of the impacted areas around Laguna Lake.

Voted as Assistant Majority Leader on the Committee on Rules, and serving as a Member of the Majority on the committees for Constitutional Amendments, Higher and Technical Education, Housing and Urban Development, Public Accounts, Public Order and Safety, Public Works and Highways, and Ways and Means. Rep. Dimaguila also serves as Vice Chairperson on the committees for Good Government and Public Accountability, Health, and Revision of Laws.

Anchored on his signature slogan, “Serbisyong Arman,” his leadership is defined not merely by policy, but by presence. He has redefined the “hands-on” approach, moving beyond the walls of the office to meet the community exactly where they are. This approach is deeply shaped by his years in local governance, having served as SK Chairman, Councilor, Vice Mayor, and City Mayor prior to his election to Congress.
